Yes, this is one of our specialties. We offer up to three validated plots of land, with urban planning analysis and construction potential.

Yes. We use AI to optimize timelines, control quality, and generate regular renderings and reports for our clients.
Land search fees vary between 3% and 5% of the purchase price, depending on the complexity of the project and the number of proposals analyzed. The amount is only charged if the client purchases one of the proposed plots.
Fees are calculated as a percentage of the total cost of the work:
• 15% to 18% for new constructions
• 20% to 23% for renovation projects
These percentages cover the study, design, authorization management and site monitoring phases.
The cost depends on the location, materials, level of finish and technologies used (home automation, energy efficiency, etc.):
• From 4,000 CHF/m²
• Up to 7,000 CHF/m² for high-end projects
All calculations are carried out according to the recommendations of the Swiss SIA standard.
All work begins only after the contract has been signed and the agreed deposit has been received. No commitment is made before this stage.
Garon prepares and submits the entire file to the municipality, manages the exchanges and deals with any possible objections.
However, the final decision rests with the municipality, and Garon cannot be held responsible for an administrative refusal.
Legal representation is not included in the main contract.
If necessary, this service may be the subject of an additional contract, particularly in the event of proceedings relating to an opposition or an appeal.
