First contact
You fill out a short online form.
Our team will contact you shortly to arrange an initial video chat.
PROJECT ANALYSIS
During this interview, we listen to your needs and details.
Then, you fill out a detailed form according to your project (construction or renovation).
SITE VISIT
(PAID SERVICE)
A specialist travels to take measurements, analyze the terrain, access, light and constraints.
PRESENTATION OF FIRST IDEAS
We prepare a personalized presentation with two sketches and an alternative variant, accompanied by a budget estimate.
SIGNATURE OF THE CONTRACT
If our proposal suits you, we sign a single contract covering the entire project:
• land (if necessary)
• architectural design
• works management
PERMITS & OPPOSITION MANAGEMENT
We put together the complete file and manage the procedures with the municipality.
In case of opposition, we prepare all documents, organize meetings and follow the process until resolution.
CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT
We select companies through calls for tender and oversee the construction site. You receive regular reports with photos and technical follow-ups. The project is delivered turnkey, including interior design.
