The customer fills out a short online form (construction or renovation, location, contact details).

Then, a member of the Garon team contacts him by telephone and offers him a video meeting (30 min).

Video interview & detailed form
During the online meeting, Garon presents its operation, its services, its commitments and the stages of the project.

The client receives a more comprehensive form to fill out (technical information, style preferences, estimated budget).

Site visit by a specialist
(paid service)
If the client is interested, an on-site visit is organized (flat rate of CHF 1,000).
This amount is deducted from the contract if the customer decides to sign.
The specialist performs:
• Photos and precise surveys
• Completion of technical sheets
• Sending information to the architect

Presentation of a pre-study with 3 sketches
Within 10–15 days, the architect proposes:
• 2 detailed sketches
• 1 creative alternative
• a rough budget estimate
• a structured contract project
The presentation is done in the office or online.

If the customer validates: signature of the global contract.

Design phase & building permit
(6 months)
• Complete architectural project (plans, sections, 3D)
• Building permit application file
• Preparation and management of dialogue with the municipality
• Management of oppositions (drafting, appointments, follow-up)

Indicative deadlines: 6 months (without opposition) – up to 12 months in the event of opposition or appeal.

Construction phase
(up to 15 months)
• Selection of companies via call for tenders
• Coordination and monitoring of the site
• Quality control
• Integration of technological options (home automation, energy)
• Turnkey delivery

Transparency and compliance
• All projects follow Swiss standards (SIA)
• Garon only invoices based on validated steps
• Garon's fees are included in the overall contract and specified at each stage
