Garon SA is a Swiss real estate developer and construction company based in Sierre, Valais. We develop our own projects across Switzerland and invite a selected circle of international partners to co-invest in specific operations.

We are not a fund. We are an operator. We identify the land, structure the project, manage construction, and deliver finished assets — with the same team from selection to completion.

The investor finances the full operation; Garon sources, structures, coordinates, and executes the project in exchange for an agreed remuneration.

LAND CONTRIBUTION

 

The owner of a qualifying parcel contributes the land to the project; its value is integrated into the agreed structure between the parties.

We organise the project structure, the stakeholders, the phases, the financing, and the operational framework.
